The Service-Plus Program

The Essential Business Software Group (EBSG) believes - as most organizations do - that the quality of the service that it provides to each of its clients can and should be used as perhaps the primary measure of our organizational performance. Our success should be measured almost directly by the quality and the strength of the relationships that we develop and maintain with our clients.

When contemplating how to go even further than that and what to include within a range of services that no-one else currently offers, the second service that we came up with after 911-Support was what we have called Service-Plus.

Service-Plus gets its name from the concept of providing expert-level resource PLUS all the tools that they need to get the job done as quickly and efficiently as possible.

To turn this concept into reality, EBSG has both negotiated project-based licensing for many of the best administration and development tools provided by its Vendor Partners and has trained a number of its top Service Partners in the use of those tools.
